Delivery Suburbs

Central Delivery 

The following suburbs are $10 per delivery or free on orders over $150.

Avenues, Central Whangarei, Glenbervie, Hikurangi, Horahora, Kamo, Kauri, Kensington, Mairtown, Maunu, Morningside, Onerahi, Otaika, Otangarei, Parahaki, Port Whangarei, Raumanga, Regent, Riverside, Springs Flat, Three Mile Bush, Tikipunga, Vinetown, Whareora, Whau Valley, Woodhill.

 

Rural Delivery

The following suburbs are $20 per delivery.

Kiripaka, Mangapai, Marua, Ngunguru, Oakleigh, Portland, Ruatangata, Tamaterau, Whakapara. 

 

Outer-Rural Delivery 

The following suburbs are $25 per delivery.

Bream Bay, Hukerenui, Kokopu, Marsden Point, Matapouri, Maungakaramea, Maungatapere, McLeod Bay, One Tree Point, Parua Bay, Pataua, Poroti, Ruakaka, Tutukaka, Waipu, Whangarei Heads.

  

Pick Up

We are located 10min north of Whangarei, if you would prefer to pick up your order please get in touch via phone or email and we will be happy to make arrangements for pick up.

 

 

Same Day Deliveries

 

Same day delivery orders are required by 1pm Monday - Friday. Please get in touch first if you would like your same day delivery order for a Rural or Outer-Rural address.
When checking out for same day delivery, please TYPE the delivery date in the box (dd/mm/yy) rather than selecting the date from the calendar (it will usually not let you select same day date) - glitch in the system! 

DELIVERY INFO

  • When placing your order, you will need to select your delivery zone. Please select correct zone by referring to the 'Delivery Suburbs' section above. If you have incorrectly selected a delivery zone, we will be in touch. 
  • Wild Willow Floral are not responsible for any problems due to incorrect addresses supplied.
  • If the address is unclear (e.g. no number on letterbox) please leave clear directions on the 'add note to your order' box at cart or get in touch.
  • If we deliver your order and the address is unclear, we will bring the delivery back with us. We will be happy to re-deliver once directions have been amended although this will be at an additional cost. 
  • Please advise where to leave the order if you would like it left in a specific place.
  • If no-one is at the address at the time of delivery, we will leave your order at the front door and under cover where possible. If the front door is deemed an unsuitable place to leave your order by our delivery driver, we will advise where it will be left.
  • If delivery at a particular time is required, please leave a note in the message box at cart or give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate for you.
  • If recipient refuses to accept delivery, refunds will not be given as we have fulfilled our service obligations.
